How to select your desired route and reserve a seat?

Sign in and register on the Busnet app:• Enter your mobile phone number. • Tap “Continue”.

Enter the SMS verification code in Busnet:• Enter the six-digit verification code sent via SMS. • Once the code is verified, you will be signed in to your account. • If you entered the wrong phone number, you can correct it by selecting “Change Phone Number”.

Complete your profile information in Busnet:• Enter your first and last name. • If you wish, enter your national ID number. • Select your gender. • Tap “Confirm and Register”.

Select a Line Service in Busnet:• On the home screen, select “Book a Ride”.

Select your departure point in Busnet:• Select your departure point on the map or search for the departure address in the field at the bottom of the screen. • Select your travel date. • Tap “Set Origin”.

Select your travel time in Busnet:• Select the desired day. • Select the departure time. • Tap “Confirm”.

Select your destination in Busnet:• Select your destination on the map or search for the destination address in the field at the bottom of the screen. • Tap “Set Destination”.

View the route and stops along the way in Busnet:• The travel route and stops between the departure point and destination are displayed on the map. • Intermediate stops are marked with blue dots. • Select your desired time range from the options at the top of the screen to view the available trips within that time range.

Select your boarding stop in Busnet:• Stops near your departure point are displayed on the map. • Tap the stop icons or swipe the list of stops left or right to view other stops. • Select your desired stop. • Check the stop name, address, and arrival time. • Tap “I will board here”.

Select your drop-off stop in Busnet:• Stops near your destination are displayed on the map. • Swipe the list of stops left or right to view other stops. • Select your desired stop. • Check the stop name, address, and arrival time. • Tap “I wll Get Off Here”.

Select your travel day and make a reservation in Busnet:• Review the route, boarding and drop-off stops, and arrival time. • Under “Select a travel Date”, select your travel day. • View the trip fare. • Tap “Continue”.

Select your seat in Busnet:• View your registered trips in the shopping cart. • Select your preferred seat for each trip. • Yellow seats are available for reservation, gray seats have already been reserved, and your selected seat is highlighted in yellow with an icon. • Tap “Confirm”.

Finalize your reservations in Busnet:• Review the number of trips and the total amount in the shopping cart. • To add another trip, tap “Add another trip”. • To finalize your reservations, tap “Register”.

View your reserved trips in Busnet:• Open the “Trips” section from the bottom navigation menu. • View your upcoming trips. • The date, departure point, destination, departure time, and seat number are displayed. • Tap “Details” to view complete trip information.

View your past trips in Busnet:• Open the “Trips” section. • Select “Past”. • View information about completed trips, including the date, time, departure point, destination, fare, and status.

View trip details in Busnet:• Tap “Details” for the desired trip. • View the trip route on the map. • View the driver's name, vehicle details, and license plate number. • Review the departure time, boarding and drop-off stops, seat number, and trip fare. • If needed, use the “View Vehicle”, “Directions”, and “Cancel” options. • To get help, submit a “Support” request.
